第１図は、マイクロコンピュータと通信するための赤外
線送信システムが組み込まれた遠隔キー人力装置のブロ
ック図である。第２図は、本考案の赤外線送信回路の一
実施例の線図である。第３図は、本考案の赤外線送信回
路の他の実施例の線図である。 ５・・・・・・赤外線ＬＥＤ、１４・・間可視ＬＥＤ、
１０．１７・・・・・・駆動トランジスタ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力パルスに応答して、赤外線送信パルスを発生する赤
    外線送信回路において、可視発光ダイオードを含む回路
    を介して前記入力パルスの源に接続されたベースを有す
    る駆動トランジスタのコレクタ・エミツタ路に接続され
    た赤外線発光ダイオードからなり、前記可視発光ダイオ
    ードは前記入力パルスに応答して前記トランジスタと共
    に導通するように接続され、導通時に入力基準電圧を前
    記トランジスタに与えて前記赤外線発光ダイオードに流
    れる電流を決定すること全特徴とする赤外線送信回路。
