For example, when molding an FRP pipe, a glass fiber-mixed epoxy resin liquid is applied to the inner surface of a rotating cylindrical mold using a nozzle that runs in the axial direction inside the cylindrical mold, and this adhered resin is applied by centrifugal force. It is known to perform pressure molding and then final curing of the resin by heating a cylindrical mold.

In this manufacturing, the mold 1 is heated at 300 to 3000 rpm.
The air bubbles in the liquid urethane rubber in the mold 1 are rotated at high speed at a high speed of m, and a vacuum is drawn from the vacuum lower, and a predetermined amount of liquid urethane rubber is poured from the hopper 6 into the continuous mold 1. The separated air bubbles are separated by centrifugal force and are directly sucked away by vacuum.
