冷凍サイクルの凝縮熱を利用する給湯装置において、蓄
熱槽下部の上工具なるレベル位置に複数の開口を設け、
これらの開口から出を複数水路の合流点と蓄熱槽の上部
開口との間を接続する水路に冷凍サイクルの給湯用水熱
交換器を挿置し、上記複数水路の各個に開閉弁を挿置し
、且つ上記複数水路の合流点と上記給湯用水熱交換器と
の間の水路に温度感知器を取付けてこの温度感知器によ
