Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform exact plural bending works by providing a hydraulic circuit which prevents a knock-out plate from rising after punching and executing the succeeding pressing while a part of the work exists on the inside of dies. CONSTITUTION:When a cylinder rod 12 moves in a direction A, the pressure oil flows through a valve 15 to a tank 20 and at the same time a solenoid valve is energized to open a check valve 16 through which the pressure oil flows to a tank 20. Thus the cylinder maintains the pull state and if a solenoid valve 18 is energized, the oil passes through a check valve 19 to enter a cylinder 13 and the rod 12 is lifted. Then even if a punch 4 rises, the position of a knock-out plate 6 does not change and the work 2 is held between dies 5 by the hydraulic device and is horizontally worked by a punch 8 on the plate 6. Since the work 2 is bent while the work is held in the dies 5, the exact plural bending works are accomplished without shifting.

を各々プレス機械にネジ等で固定する。このようなプレ
ス装置において、第2図に示すようにワーク2をダイ5
上に置きプレス加工すると第3図のごときU字形になる
。次に、ポンチ4を上昇させると、同時にノックアウト
プレート6も上昇し、この位置にて紙面垂直方向よりス
ペーサ11をワーク2内に差し込んで該ワーク2をノッ
クアウトプレート6上に保持し、次にシリンダ9を作動
させてポンチ8を矢印方向に動かせば第1図の様な形状
ができる。しかしワーク2はノックアウトプレート6上
に乗った状態でのスペーサ11の差込みとポンチ8によ
る曲げ加工が行われるため、ワーク2がずれてしまい正
確に加工することができないと言う欠点があった。
