The eviscerating claws 25, 25 receive the rotation of the main motor 2 via a transmission mechanism 4b equipped with a second Geneva mechanism 3b, and are configured to move when the conveyor is stopped. It is preferable that the movement of the pawl body 25 is performed in two cycles during one stop of the conveyor 1. Also, the organ removal device 8
is equipped with a bullet plate 26 for holding the fish body. This bullet plate 26 receives rotational driving force from the first Geneva mechanism 3a and is configured to move in a D shape, and presses the fish body A to fix it in a predetermined position during the evisceration process. be carried out smoothly. Further, the viscera removing device 8 is provided with a water injection nozzle 16d that sprays high-pressure water toward the fish body A.
This nozzle 16d helps the bullet plate 26 to fix the fish body, and also performs the work of washing away the removed viscera. The plate removing device 9 includes a plurality of water jet nozzles 27, 27...

indicates a stopped state, and S,, S2, S3, S4,
Fish body A stops at the positions indicated by S5, S6, S7, and S8. When the fish body A reaches the position S2, the anal fin bone cutting device 5 placed directly above the fish body A descends with the support member 17a rotating clockwise guided by the linear cam 12, and the anal fin bone cutting device 5 is lowered into two pairs in the front and back. The pressure rollers 5a and 15a press the fish body A with moderate pressure.
Press the front and back of the conveyor to secure it on the conveyor. At the same time, high-pressure water is jetted from the water jet nozzle 16a toward the center of the fish body A by the action of the electromagnetic valve, thereby assisting the fish body fixing action of the pressure rollers 15a, 15a. At the same time, the rotary cutters 14a, 14a (in the embodiment, a pair of left and right cutters are provided, but depending on the type of fish to be processed, one cutter may be used) ) descends and cuts and removes the anal fin bone B. After cutting and removing the anal fin bone B, the conveyor 1 moves forward again, and at about the same time, the support member 17a
returns upwards. When the fish body A reaches the position S3, the visceral fly azure device 6 placed directly above the fish body A moves to the supporting part 17.
The fish body A is fixed on the conveyor 1 by the action of the pressure rollers 15b, 15b and water jetted from the water jet nozzle 16b.

At this position S5, the offal C, C, which has been removed in advance by the offal removal device 8, is almost completely removed. At the same time, the anal fin bone B cut by the fin bone cutting device 5 and the milt or mako E attached thereunder are also removed. Incidentally, since the offal C and the like can be floated up by the water jet nozzle 16d attached to the offal removal device 8', completeness of the work can be ensured. After that, the fish body A moves to positions S6, S7, and S8, but while moving from the position S7 to the position S8, the water jet nozzles 27, 27 of the blood removal device 9 The blood F is removed by the action of high-pressure water that is injected toward the blood F. This blood removal work can proceed easily and smoothly since the offal C, C, etc. have been removed in the previous step. After completing the above steps, the fish body A is washed with rice bran water in the shower room 10 and taken out of the apparatus.

As shown in the above-mentioned embodiment, the present invention is based on a method in which a double-opened fish body A is layered with its back down on a conveyor that moves intermittently, and pressing tools such as pressing rollers 15b, 15b are lowered when the conveyor stops. The fish A is fixed on the conveyor, and the rotary blade object 14b is brought into contact with the offal C of the fish to remove the offal C.
At the same time, a water jet nozzle 16b arranged diagonally above the fish body A sprays water toward the fish body A to further strengthen the fixation of the fish body A on the conveyor 1 and remove the offal C from the fish body body. It is characterized in that the offal C is removed by the offal removal device 81 after being made to float further.

In addition, the most technically difficult problem in the giblet pestle action is how to fix the fish body on the conveyor, but in the present invention, we do not rely solely on mechanical pressing force (increasing this pressing force can fix the fish body on the conveyor). By spraying high-pressure water toward the fish body from a water jet nozzle placed diagonally above the fish body, the mechanical pressing effect is aided, and the fixation of the fish body on the conveyor is further strengthened. The above-mentioned problem has been solved, and the work of removing the fish's organs can be carried out smoothly.

The water jetted from the water jet nozzle also has the effect of lifting off the offal from the fish body, contributing to the smooth removal of offal and ensuring that the offal removal work in the subsequent process is smooth and complete. This greatly contributes to the process of removing internal organs in a more perfect manner than when done manually. As mentioned above, the present invention has the remarkable effect that it is possible to automate the work of removing fish viscera, which has been considered difficult in the past, and that it is also possible to perform the work of removing the viscera in a state closer to perfection than when it is obtained. can be played.

1. Place a double-sided fish body with its back down on a conveyor that moves intermittently, and when the conveyor stops, lower the pressing tool to fix the fish body on the conveyor, and bring the rotary blade object into contact with the fish's internal organs. At the same time, water is jetted toward the fish body from a water jet nozzle placed diagonally above the fish body to further solidify the fixation of the fish body on the conveyor and to prevent the viscera from floating up from the fish body. 1. A method for processing a fish body, comprising: removing the viscera using a viscera removing device after allowing the fish to grow.
