平面を示す。 ６・・・光導電層、７，８・・・両端電極、９・・・中
間電極。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）両端電極として及び中間電極として摺動接触部を
    必要とせずに光導電層の導電面が用いられ、ポテンシオ
    メータ抵抗として導電面の間にある光照射される光導電
    層の部分が用いられ、ポテンシオメータの調節のために
    電極の間にある光導電層の異なった部分を光照射する調
    整可能な光源が用いられるような調節可能な充電ポテン
    シオメータにおいて、円形面の中心にほぼ点状に位置す
    る電極面が両画端電極の一方７を形成し、他方の両端電
    極８が一方の電極７と同心的な導電軌跡を成し、中間電
    極９が両端電極７．８の間に回転角ψの関数である曲率
    半径を有する軌跡を画いており、光照射面が回転可能な
    円断片であることを特徴とする調節可能な光電ポテンシ
    オメータ。
  2. （２）円断片が円セクターであることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のポテンシオメータ。
  3. （３）光照射される円セクターの回転と抵抗分割比との
    間に直線的な関係が存在し、またそのために中間電極９
    の曲率半径ｒが回転角ψ、最小曲率半ｕｒ。および最大
    曲率半径ｒ１に関係してｒ＝ｒｏ　　ｅｘｐ　（−Ｉｎ
    −） の式に従う値をとることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第２項記載のポテンシオメータ。
