Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the height and suppress the temperature rise of coil by providing protruded portion to bobbin collar and also providing a hole or cut-away part to the corresponding area of case which accommodates the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A protruded portions 9 are provided at the upper and lower corner portions of collar 2 of bobbin 1. Moreover, a cut-away part 10 is provided to the area where the protruded portion 9 is attached to the upper case 3 when the bobbin is housed and a square hole 11 is provided to the lower case 4. Thereby, at the time of integration where a coil 5 is wound around the bobbin 1, an external tape 7 is attached thereon, while a core 6 is inserted, followed by wrapping with the upper and lower cases 3, 4, the protruded portions 9 of bobbin collar 2 advances to the cut-away part 10 and square hole 11 of the upper and lower cases 3, 4, the central portion of bobbin collar 2 not protruded is pressed and brought in contact with the upper and lower cases 3, 4 closely without forming the spaces.
