本発明は「重病人等に用いる寝ながらにして用便ができ

作ひとつでできるようにすることにより、上記の問題を
解決しようとするものである。かくして本発明の要旨と
するところは「ベッド本体の使用者の腰部相当位置付近
を、空気を抜いたときに顕在化するベッド下部への貫通
孔を有する空気マットで構成し、かつその空気マット配
設位置上部付近に、その二重構造内に空気を充填するこ
とにより、後述の排出パイプ以外は密封状態となる便器
を形成する二重構造の可視性パンツ部材を配置し、その
パンツ部材の排出パイプを前記空気マット貫通孔を通し
てベッド下部へ延長し、所定の排出管と運薄させ、かつ
パンツ部材に、その内部に温水及び温風を順次噴射する
温水・温風装入管を設けるとともに、その装入管に温水
供給装置及び温風供給装置を切換可能に接続した便器付

ている。空気圧入によって腹及び太ももの部分が多少締
め付けられ「パンツ部材６の内外の気密が保持できるよ
うに構成すべきものである。このパンツ部材６は、空気
を抜いた場合は、ゆったりとしたルーズな状態となる。
更にこのパンツ部材６の下部には蛇腹状の排出パイプ７
が形成してあり、これを前記貫通孔５を通じてベッド下
