The flooring materials 1' are connected together and laid on the floor by fitting the female groove portions 3 having the stop portions 7, and the engaging portion 6 and the engaged portion 7 are in close contact with each other in parallel. By engaging with each other, the gap A between the flooring materials 1' is minimized.

Further, an adhesive 9 is applied to the bottom of the female groove part 3 to increase the bonding area between the male groove part 2 and the female groove part 3, and to prevent drafts from under the floor. In addition, in the case of a flooring material 1' made of a different foam base material, as shown in FIG. The engaging portion 6 on the lower surface of the male tongue portion 2 and the engaged portion 7 parallel to the engaging portion 6 on the lower inner surface of the female tongue portion 3 are engaged to form a gap A between the flooring materials 1'. They were tightly connected with minimum pressure.

のである。First, the male groove part 2 and the female groove part 3 are fitted together to form the joist 11.
Of the flooring materials 1 laid on top, a saw is inserted into the gap A between the flooring materials 1 on both sides of the flooring materials 1 to be replaced, and the male grooves 2 are cut. The connection is cut, and the flooring material 1 to be replaced is removed by force. Next, the male groove part 2 remaining in the female groove part 3 of the adjacent flooring material 1 is removed, and the part of the adjacent flooring material 1 where the male groove part 2 was located is cut out to form a new female groove part 3. What is shown in Fig. 4 is a new flooring material 1, and along both sides of this flooring material 1,
A relatively shallow and wide groove 12 and a relatively deep recess 4 are formed. This new flooring material 1 may be a flooring material exclusively for replacement that has been formed in the shape shown in FIG. It may also be one in which the groove portion 12 and the recess 4 are formed. Next, a foamable synthetic resin 5 made of a synthetic resin and a foam base material is injected into the recess 4 of the flooring 1. The lower surface of the recess 4 is depressed downward so as to easily hold the foamable synthetic resin 5. Next, this new flooring material 1 is fitted into the original position of the removed flooring material 1,
The foamable synthetic resin 5 is foamed and hardened in a state where the new flooring material 1 and the adjacent flooring material 1 are on the same top surface. The foamed synthetic resin 5 that has been foamed and hardened expands into the female groove portion 3 to form the male groove portion 2, and also spreads into the groove portion 12 to close the gap A between the flooring materials 1 and seal the flooring material 1. Tighten your comrades. In addition, when replacing the new flooring material 1, please note that the joists 1
The contact surface with 1 is adhered with adhesive 13. The one shown in FIG. 5 is another example of the present invention, in which the male and female grooves 2 and 3 are formed in a meandering wave shape with a regular pitch. By being formed in a wavy shape, it is possible to prevent the floor and the material 1 from being misaligned with each other.

ているという利点がある。In particular, if the surface is patterned with a checkerboard or the like, this will prevent the pattern from fading. Furthermore, by selecting an appropriate pitch P of the waves, it is possible to form a raft as shown in FIG. When nailing, the phenomenon of protruding nail heads can be prevented by driving into the valley part A of the male tongue part 2 that is farthest from the surface. As described above, the present invention involves removing a part of the existing flooring material, cutting out female grooves along the adjacent end surfaces of both flooring materials that were adjacent to the removed flooring material, and creating a new flooring material. A foamable synthetic resin is injected into the recesses provided along both end faces, this new flooring material is fitted into the original position of the removed flooring material, and the foamable synthetic resin in the recesses is then foamed. Since the male groove part that fits into the female groove part of the adjacent flooring material is molded, a part of the flooring material can be peeled off without removing all the flooring material whose male and female groove parts fit together from the floor. The advantage is that the flooring can be replaced by simply opening the flooring, and the flooring materials are still firmly connected to each other by the male and female ribs even after replacement.
