Because sewage (sewage) causes groundwater contamination, listed pollution, and public water pollution, it is necessary to make the structure of the pollution prevention top dumping site water-proof, which means that it is necessary to lay a water-blocking sheet on the bottom and surrounding surface of the dump site. However, it is difficult to construct a sheet over a wide space in a muddy layer such as sludge on the bottom, and for this reason, there is a need for a sheet-laying method that can create a water-blocking structure in a wide area of low-lying muddy land.

As a method for achieving this purpose, the installation method of the present invention involves constructing multiple rows of tension wires on the ground surface of a low-lying land, placing a water-blocking sheet on one side of the ground, and A traction device such as a winch is installed on the other opposing ground side, and the traction wire pulled out from the winch is guided to the one side, and the leading edge of the water-blocking sheet is tied to the wire. Then, based on the winding operation of the winch, the tip of the water-shielding sheet sliding on the tension wire is pulled and fixed to the other side, and finally, the tension wire is removed or cut. Accordingly, the sheet is laid over the bottom and circumferential surface of the low-lying land.

In the construction of the example construction method, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, one side of the rectangular hole (low mud land) A in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction of the drawing), that is, the ground side on the right side of the drawing. On side 1, install a longitudinal base plate 2 such as plywood or steel plate that runs completely in the horizontal direction (as shown above on the short side of the drawing), install sleepers 3 horizontally and securely, and place a self-propelled hot air welding machine on the base plate 2 Put 4 on it.

The tip of the pulling wire 7 pulled out from each winch 6 is guided to the opposite side 1. Further, on the ground surface opening surface of the hole A, a plurality of rows (in the figure, 8 rows each in length and width) of vertical tension wires 8 and horizontal tension wires 9 are constructed in a square shape by driving stakes at the ends of each line. The lengths of the tension wires 8 and 9 are slightly longer than the length and width of the opening plus the depth of the hole.

(4) Removal of equipment After temporarily securing the area around the water-shielding sheet 12 to the ground at appropriate intervals, remove the wire 7 from the tip of the water-shielding sheet 12, and then attach the winch 6 and wire 7 to the stand. The plate 2 and the welding machine 4 are removed, and a trench is excavated around the hole A.

In the construction method of this embodiment, it is possible to carry out the construction by only working on the ground, and it is also possible to carry out the construction by using a self-propelled welding machine 4.
Since the water-shielding sheet 12 is coupled with the water-shielding sheet 12, the connection processing can be performed efficiently, and the water-tightness of the water-shielding sheet 12 is highly reliable. 8 and 9, the expansion resistance load due to the mud layer A'' applied to the water-shielding sheet 12 is small, and therefore there is almost no possibility that the water-shielding sheet 12 will be damaged.

In addition, in this construction method, a water-blocking sheet large enough to cover the entire opening surface of hole A may be formed off-site and transported to the site for use, or several sheets may be linked together as appropriate. It can also be used as a water-shielding sheet 12. Further, this construction method can be carried out in exactly the same way even when there is some accumulated water at the bottom of the hole A, or when there is no mud or water.

As described above, according to the method for laying a water-blocking sheet according to the present invention, the water-blocking sheet placed on one side of a hole is pulled out and stretched on a tension wire installed on the top surface of the hole, and then The sheet is dropped and laid at the bottom of the hole by the end of the tension wire or by removing it, so even in a wide area of low-lying muddy land, it can reliably block water without being disturbed by the mud on the seat. This makes it possible to carry out construction work, which has the effect of making it possible to freely select a dump site for a large amount of industrial waste.
