(1) Using a type of gas detection element that detects by constantly applying electricity to the heater wire to heat the element and causing a change in conductivity or resistance value due to adsorption of gas to the metal oxide semiconductor between the electrodes. When a gas leak is detected and alarmed in combination with an alarm device, the first sensor is turned on and off directly with or without a comparator using a resistor that generates a voltage drop due to the current flowing through the heater wire of the gas detection element. The first element is directly turned on and off with or without the comparator by using a transistor and a resistor that generates a voltage drop due to a current flowing through the metal oxide semiconductor through both electrodes of the gas sensing element. 1j is a second transistor, and the failure signal is generated by the transistor ε, 1 and 1 or both the first and second transistors.
