    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 床版１の上に適宜間隔を隔てて床パネル２・・・を配し
    た浮床構造のクリーンルーム用床において、防振を必要
    とする区域の床版１上に、その床下空間をうめるように
    コンクリート製のベースブロック３を載置し、該ベース
    ブロックには、周面に枠材３１を装備させて、該枠材に
    て床版１ヘボルト等により取り外し可能に固定し、また
    、ベースブロック３上に位置する床パネル２・・・を該
    ベースブロックへボルト等により取り外し可能に固定し
    たことを特徴とするクリーンルーム用防振床。
