In recent years, substation equipment has been downsized, and circuit breakers, transformers, lightning arresters, etc. are placed in iron tanks and kept at a high insulation level such as oil insulation or SF5 gas, and these are integrated into a so-called downsized substation. The equipment has been put into practical use.

In substation equipment where the lightning arrester is integrated with other substation equipment in this way, when testing the withstand voltage of the substation equipment circuit, it is necessary to disconnect the lightning arrester from the circuit and disconnect or connect it in an extremely narrow place. It needs to be done inside.

When disconnecting lightning arrester 1 from the circuit from the state shown in Figure 1,
As shown in FIG. 2, remove the fixing bolts 6 of the lightning arrester 1, and use the tab holes 11 provided in the upper chamber of the lightning arrester 1 to set the number of sets of screws 12 (two shown in FIG. 2). This screw jack 12 is rotated to pull up the lightning arrester 1 upward.

However, in such a pulling structure, the number of sets of screws is 1.
2 to move the arrester 1 up and down, if the screws 12 are not rotated uniformly in sequence, the arrester body may tilt while being pulled up. Therefore, when reconnecting after the test, the lower end contact of the arrester 2 and the contact rod 9 on the tank side must be very careful to align their centers.

Also, if the sealing pressure of the insulating medium 3 sealed in the tank 4 housing the lightning arrester 1 is high, the sealing pressure must be lowered in advance and the fixing bolts 6 of the lightning arrester 1 must be removed. There is a risk that the internal pressure will rise abnormally and the insulating medium 3 such as SF5 gas or insulating oil in the pop-out tank may leak.

As described above, this invention uses a single screw 13 to create a lightning arrester 1.
Since the surge arrester 1 is configured to move up and down along its installation center, it moves up and down almost vertically when the arrester 1 moves up and down, and the arrester 1 does not tilt. Since there is no need to align the center positions of the lower end contactor 2 of the lightning arrester 1 and the contact rod 9, the work is extremely easy, and when the pressure of the insulating medium 3 in the storage tank 4 is high, it is possible to perform a lifting operation. bolt 15'
Even if the lightning arrester 1 is removed, the nut 19 is screwed into the screw jack 13 of the lifting fitting 14 provided on the lightning arrester 1, and the nut 1
Since the lightning arrester 9 is held down by the holding fitting 20, the lightning arrester does not rise abnormally due to internal pressure, and therefore exhibits excellent effects such as preventing the insulating medium 3 from leaking.
