CONSTITUTION:An intermediate shaft 5 is arranged between an engine 3 and a front-wheel driving shaft 4, and sprockets 6 and 7 are installed. The sprocket 6 is linked with a sprocket 9 installed onto the output shaft 8 of a speed change mechanism for transmitting the power of the engine 3, through a chain 10, and the sprocket 7 is linked with a sprocket 11 installed onto a front-wheel driving shaft 4, through a chain 12. The chain line between the sprocket 7 and the sprocket 11 is set at the proper position where the intereference with a suspension installed onto the swing arm 16 of a front wheel 2 is avoided and the weight balance at right and left can be secured, by setting the length of the intermediate shaft 5 to a proper value.
