Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 中心数は穴２を穿設した円板状のカッタ本体１の外縁部
    分には、スローアウェイチップ４が、チップ座３内で取
    付けられるようにした溝入れ用のスローアウェイカッタ
    において、 前記チップ座３は、カッタ本体１の一端面側からスロー
    アウェイチップ４よりも大きめに凹設され、しかも回転
    方向の前面には切屑ポケット５を連設しており、 また、前記スローアウェイチップ４は三角形板状をなし
    、その中央取付は穴６の利用により前記チップ座３内で
    、負の半径方向すくい角αをもつようにしてねじ止めさ
    れるとともに、その頂角部分のすくい面１０には、円弧
    状のチップブレーカ溝１１を凹設して実質的な半径方向
    すくい角を正角にしていることを特徴とする溝入れ用の
    スローアウェイカッタ。
