りカッタの後端部を前記公転部材の板部表面上で枢支す
ると共に、これらの枢支点より内側において掻き取りカ
ッタと前記ロッドとを長溝とピンを介して係合して前記
ロッドの軸方向移動により前記掻き取りカッタが揺動す
るようにする一方、前記公転部材の回転中心軸と平行な
少なくとも一つの支持軸を前記板部を貫通して回転自在
に支持し、支持軸の板部表面側の端部に硬質ブラシを設
けると共に反対側の端部に歯車を取り付け、この歯車と
