DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides an automatic assembly device for storage batteries, which alternately stacks anode plates, cathode plates, and separators, that is, stacks separators on top of cathode plates that are conveyed at regular intervals; Furthermore, the present invention relates to an automatic storage battery separator supply device that is attached to a device that stacks anode plates on the top surface of the separator, then stacks the separators, and then superposes the required number of separators to form a pole group.

If there is a large amount of separators stacked in the separator case in the conventional automatic separator plate supply device for storage batteries, two plates may be fed out instead of one by one due to weight pressurization, or they may not be fed at all, or the amount of stacked plates may be too small. If the amount is too low, there are disadvantages such as the possibility that transmission may not be possible due to strain or leakage.

The above-mentioned drawbacks of the present invention are eliminated, and an upper separator case is provided that has a stacking amount of separators that is limited to the weight pressurization that can send out one separator one by one, and a stacking amount that is greater than the above-mentioned stacking amount. and an upper separator case holding the separator case, and a belt is interposed between the two to transport and supply the separator plates from below the upper separator case to above the lower separator case, so that the separators of the lower separator case are stacked in a predetermined manner. The lower separator case is provided with a detection switch that stops the belt when the amount of separators stacked in the lower separator case reaches a fixed amount and activates the belt when the amount is insufficient, so as to maintain the amount range. This is a separator supply device for storage batteries. Next, one embodiment of the present invention will be described.

An adjustable slit 3 is provided at the lower side of an upper separator case 2 in which separators 1 are stacked and housed, and a flat belt 4 having an uneven surface on the lower surface of the upper separator case 2 is rotated by a belt pulley 5. As a result, the separator 1 is delivered in the direction of the arrow and further into the lower separator case 6. In this way, when a certain amount of separators 1 are stacked in the lower separator case 6, the detection switch 7 is activated, and as the belt pulley 5 stops, the flattening belt 4 is activated.
However, if the separator plates 1 are stacked on the lower separator case 6, they will be aligned by the straightening plate 8. The straightening plate 8 is moved by a crank 9 as shown by arrow A.
The lower separator case 6 always maintains a stacked amount of separators 1 within the range of weight pressurization that allows separators 1 to be delivered one by one, and can stably deliver the separators 1. As mentioned above, the storage battery separator supply device of the present invention has the following features:
A considerable amount of separators can be stacked, and one separator
It has great industrial value, as it can be stably and automatically supplied one by one and is extremely effective in automatically assembling storage batteries.
