Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　加熱炉内に両端を開放した放射管を配設し、
    該放射管の炉壁側管端に所定の間隔を設けてバーナーを
    配すと共に、他端を燃焼ガスの流出口とした放射管加熱
    装置において、バーナの中央部にガス供給ノズルを配し
    、該ガス供給ノズルの先端側外周部にバッフルを配置し
    、該バッフルの仮想円周線上に複数個のスリット状の空
    気供給口を配すと共に、バッフル前面の燃焼室を円筒状
    ボートで形成し、該ポートの直径を放射管の内径以下と
    したことを特徴とする放射管加熱装置用バーナ。
  2. （２）　　ガス供給ノズルと燃焼室の間に耐火物で形成
    された１次燃焼室を配し、該１次燃焼室に１次空気の供
    給口を設け、２段燃焼を行うことを特徴とした実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の放射管加熱装置用バーナ
    。
