Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request]

（１）フレキシブル基板と、側端部の面積が基板面に垂
直に切断した場合の面積より大きくなるよう側端部を成
形して前記フレキシブル基板に貼着した硬質基板と、前
記フレキシブル基板と前記硬質基板の側端部とを糊着す
