して接続され、また、第2の発明においては前記両含浸
槽を連通する連通管に消耗した含浸液を自動補充せしめ
る補助槽が開閉弁を介して接続された含浸装置を提供し
、第3の発明においては、前記両含浸槽を交互稼動せし
めて休止時間を短縮する2連含浸槽による含浸方法を提
供し、従来の欠点を解消することを目的とする。

所定圧力で浸漬加圧する。前記第2含浸槽2の内圧は、
呼吸弁24の開放によつて含浸液12の移送容積に匹敵
する大気を吸引されたり、前工程の浸漬加圧後の残留圧
縮空気を液面の下降とともに膨脹させたりすることによ
り常圧状態となる。上記第1含浸槽1への含浸液12を
移送完了時に第2含浸槽密閉扉4の開放着手を一致せし
め、該第2含浸槽2に被処理品8を装入し、第1含浸槽
1の場合と同様の手順と所定時間に従つて真空引きを行
い、その終結点を第1含浸槽1内の被処理品7の浸漬加
圧完了時に一致せしめる。

のであり、第3の発明においては、上記含浸装置の各工
程を円滑に操作しうるという優れた効果をもつものであ
る。
