ツースを有するツースプレートと、前記ラチェットの一
部に接触して、アッパーツースとロアツース同士を保合
離脱させるためのロックプレートと、操作レバーとをそ
れぞれ同軸上に回動可能に軸支し、前記操作レバーは該
操作レバーの長手方向にスライド可能に構成される一方
、前記ツースプレートと他方のプブラケットはリンクを
介して保合離脱可能に連結されてなり、さらに前記操作
レバーを回動操作することでリンクを押し下げて該リン
クと他方のブラケットとの係合を解除する一方、該操作
