を閉鎖する開閉弁を設けであるから、停電時などの非常
時には、オーバフロー水が無くなるが、上記開閉弁を開
放することによって、ヘッドタンク内の水が補助配管を
介してスプレーボックス内に供給され、該スプレーボッ
クスから溶滓に向けて高圧水が噴射される。
