Abstract

PURPOSE:To satisfy the requirements on the maintenance and safety during transportation and obtain easier observation of pictures to be displayed by placing an upper display part upon a lower display part in such a manner that the former is tilted forward in order to form an integrated picture when a display car, on the cargo platform of which is mounted a divided, a large-scale display equipment, arrives at the destination. CONSTITUTION:A car is kept horizontal with respect to the ground surface by means of outriggers, while a roof cover 9 is allowed to jump upward. While the car is running, both upper and lower display parts 5 and 6 are accommodated in such a manner that both picture surfaces to be displayed are facing each other, centering around a supporting shaft 13. When the car arrives at the destination, and the cylinder shaft 123 of a hydraulic cylinder 12 is elongated by hydraulic pressure, an arm 15 rotates clockwise, taking a bearing 151 as a fulcrum. As a result, the upper display part 5 is put upward via a rod 14, taking the supporting shaft 13 as the center of rotation. When the cylinder shaft 123 is expanded, the upper end part 51 of the upper display part 5 is assembled on the upper end surface 61 of the lower display part 6 in a state in which the upper display part 5 is somewhat tilted forward.

Next, the operation will be explained. First, as shown in FIG. 4, the vehicle is held horizontally to the ground by the outriggers 8, and then the roof cover 9 is raised upward. When the vehicle is moving, the upper and lower display sections 5 and 6 are housed with their display surfaces facing each other around the support shaft 13, but when assembling the screen, the cylinder shaft 123 of the hydraulic cylinder 12 is turned into hydraulic pressure. When extended, the arm 15 obtains a clockwise rotational force using the bearing 151 as a fulcrum, and supports the upper display section 14 by transmitting this force to the rod 14, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6. Lift the shaft 13 upwards around the center of rotation.

In order to return from the assembled state to the initial state where they are juxtaposed on the floor surface 2o, it is sufficient to perform the reverse operation to the above-mentioned assembly. After assembly, the roof cover 9 is lowered over the upper surface of the upper display section 6 as shown in FIG. 6, and serves as an eaves. Also, the rear cover 11 is opened around the support shaft 10 to maintain good heat dissipation and shift to the broadcasting operation. The above assembly and disassembly operations can be calculated in advance, so
It can be programmed and can be operated fully automatically. Furthermore, sensor switches are installed at important points on moving parts to prevent damage, position, and are used for operation confirmation and monitoring, repair maintenance, etc.

In the above embodiment, the display screen is provided on the left side of the two-part display section 6 and the lower display section 6 in the state shown in FIG. 6, and is held inside facing each other in the stored state shown in FIG. It is held safely against external shocks, etc. When the vehicle is moved in the stored state shown in FIG. 3, a retaining material 21 may be provided to have a buffering or locking role.

Note that in the above embodiments, the rotary drive device may be provided only on one side of the screen depending on the size of the screen. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the screen is divided into two parts (upper and lower), and a single-sided screen is assembled by driving a hydraulic cylinder. However, the number of divisions may be three or more, or the screen may be driven by a method other than hydraulics. Furthermore, a change in which screens are provided on both sides of the upper and lower display sections can be easily made based on the above technique. Although the above embodiment shows an example in which the upper end surface 51 of the upper display section 6 is inclined, the upper end surface 61 of the lower display section 6 may be inclined, or the upper end surfaces 51 and 61 may be inclined. It is also possible to have both parties share the burden. Furthermore, the rotary drive device may be configured in other ways; for example, one end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to a part of the upper display section 5, and the other end is changed by changing the inclination angle of the hydraulic cylinder within the vertical plane. For example, a gear device may be provided so that the upper display portion 5 is stacked on the lower display portion 6 by the expansion and contraction of the cylinder and the rotation of the gear device.

As described in the detailed description of the invention, according to the present invention, the screen is divided into upper and lower parts in a large display device, and the upper display section and the lower display section are arranged side by side in a vehicle. The upper surfaces are connected by a hinge, at least one of the upper surfaces is formed as an inclined surface, and only the two-part display section is rotated and moved prior to broadcasting to form an integrated screen. Therefore, only one of the large screens needs to be moved, and the other screen may be fixed. Therefore, there is less need to route electrical wiring, etc., and it is easier to obtain li'7 degrees compared to when both screens are moved relative to each other, and there is less risk of damage due to contact between screens or misalignment of each other. has advantages. Furthermore, when loading the upper display section onto the lower display section, it is difficult to stably place the heavy display section at an angle due to a combination of simple vertical movement and front/rear movement. Although this requires a complicated mechanism, the method of the present invention in which the upper display section is rotated using a twister has the advantage of achieving the objective f without requiring a special mechanism. This/Hime, the display device employing the present invention is particularly suitable for applications where a large display screen is installed at a high position outdoors for the convenience of spectators, and after use, it is moved by being mounted on a vehicle at a low height. Its industrial value is a dog.
