上甲板から船倉底までケーシングを配設し、該ケーシン
グの適所に出入口を設け、上甲板のケーシング上方に出
入口付きハウジングを設け、ハウジングおよびケーシン
グ内の中央にスクリューロッドを回転自在に配設し、中
央のナツト部がスクリューロッドに螺合する昇降台設け
、スクリューロッドを正逆転させることにより昇降台を
適宜に上昇または降下させる駆動装置を設け、ハウジン
グ内の上甲板に形成された貫通穴に配設されると共にハ
ウジング内に入ってきた昇降台により持上げられる墜落
防止用カバーを設け、ケーシング内の適所に非常用垂直
