とにより、素材管を膨出空所内に膨出成形する成形方法
によつて成形した二輪車用メインフレームの素材管を示
すもので、2は管1の両端部において、それぞれ上方に
突設した管状膨出部で、2フaはその各天板部、3は素
材管1の両押圧端部である。本発明においては第2図に
示す素材管を使用し、その各管状膨出部2の天板部2a
を穿孔して第3図に示すように孔4を形成し、ついでそ
の素5材管1の両押圧端部3を第4図に示すように扶り
