Claims (1)

に電圧を供給する高圧電源と、前記放射線検出器の出力
を一定の割合で増幅する増幅器と、前記増幅器で増幅さ
れた電圧パルスのうち試料から発生する螢光X線に対応
するパルスの波高を検出する波高分析器と、′前記増幅
器で増幅された電圧パルスのうち前記モニタ用物質から
発生する螢光X線に対応するパルスを検出してこのパル
スが基準電圧に等しくなるように制御することにより前
記波高分析器へ入力される試料から発生する螢光X線に
対応するパルスの波高を一定に保持する波高安定化回路
と、前記波高分析器で選別した螢光X線に対応するパル
スを計数するスケーラとから構成した螢光X線測定装置
