The applicant has already developed this manufacturing equipment in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-2.
No. 2606 was developed, and the inner mold was inflated by fluid pressure.
An application was filed for a device that uses a contractible bag-like elastic body. Although the elastic body has a remarkable effect in this device, a strong loss of fluid pressure can cause unexpected damage to the molded material of the can body. However, there are operating problems such as fluid leakage to the outside, and safety problems. Therefore, in the present invention, the inner mold is equipped with a dividing piece that expands and contracts as the vertically movable shaft (rod) moves. Using a shaped outer mold surface pressing member, the can material with the required printing applied to the surface can be subjected to material fatigue.
We have developed a can body forming device that can provide products with a good finish without damaging the printed surface.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a molding outer mold J, which has a cylindrical outer circumferential surface and a mold surface 2 that forms the outer shape of the can body forming material a on its inner circumferential surface. This molding outer mold 1 has its upper end fixed to an upper support plate 3 and hangs down, and has an opening 4 for receiving the can body molded material a in its lower end surface, and a movable platen 5 that can be opened and closed freely in the opening 4. The can body forming material a is formed so as to be housed in the mold 1. Reference numeral 10 denotes a molding inner mold, represented by 6, which presses the can body molding member a against the mold surface of the outer mold 1, and as shown in FIG. 7a is formed into an aggregate that is tightened and contracted by a spring 8, and is also formed so that it can be expanded to a large extent against the contraction force of the spring 8.

The lower outer peripheral surface of the molding inner mold 6 is covered with a cylindrical elastic expansion body 24 made of rubber as described later, and the divided outer mold 1
The mold surface pressing member 10 of the outer mold is maintained in its assembled form, and the lower end of the rod collar 9 to which the rod 17 is attached passing through the upper support plate 3 is fitted into the upper end of the mold surface pressing member 10 of the outer mold. The mold surface pressing member 10 of the outer mold 1 below the enlarged portion 7a, which is attached to the inside of the mold outer mold 1 in a hanging state, is formed to have the same dimensions as the mold surface 2 of the outer mold 1, and is formed as shown in FIGS. As shown in the figure, each of the inner edges of the outer mold surface pressing member 10 is provided with an outwardly tapered surface 11, and the inner surface of the spacer filler 12 forms an inclined surface 12b having the same shape as the tapered surface 11 and comes into contact with the outer surface. is formed on the arcuate surface 12a, and usually (
When the elastic expansion tube 24 is inactive), the outer mold surface pressing member 10 is pressed inward by the elastic expansion tube 24 as shown in FIG.
The inner circumferential surface of the elastic expansion cylinder 24 is protected by maintaining a small distance 14 between the inner circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface of the elastic expansion cylinder 24. Further, the spacer filler 12 is stabilized by providing a fitting space 15 in a part of the spacer 13 as shown in FIG. . Next, during operation (during molding), the third
As shown in the figure, the outer mold pressing member 10 is expanded in the direction of the outer periphery.
The pressing surface j is formed by the same circumferential surface of the same composite shape of the circular arc surface as that of the pressing surface j.

That is, when expanding the outer mold pressing member 10, the tapered surface 11
expands while sliding on the tapered surface 12b of the spacer filler 12, forming the same circumferential surface as shown in FIG. 3, which becomes the pressing surface. Tapered guide holes 18, 1 are formed continuously vertically on the inner peripheral surface of the center hole 16 by pushing down the rod 17 inserted therein.
The large and small cones 20, 21 are attached between the rod 17 and the outer peripheral surface of the rod 17, and the large and small cones 20, 21 slide through the tapers of the taper guide holes 18, 19 while each outer mold surface. The pressing members 10... are expanded, and are contracted and restored as the rod 17 descends. That is, when the outer mold pressing member 10 is expanded, the arc surface and the arc surface of the spacer filler 12 form one circumference as described above, and press the can body forming member a against the molding surface 2 of the outer mold 1. Therefore, the can body forming member a can be formed into two shapes on the mold surface, and the space filler 12
As a result, a can body with smooth streaks can be formed. In addition, 22 in the drawing is a movable rod for moving the movable lid 5 up and down and inserting the can body forming member a. ) As described above, in the present invention, the outer mold surface pressing member 10, which is the inner mold, is formed into equal parts, and the spacer filler 12 is interposed between the adjacent outwardly tapered surfaces 1 of the outer mold surface pressing member 10, so that it is possible to When forming a shaped line on the can body, the spacer filler 12 gives the can body forming member a an angular shape. It is possible to form inconspicuous lines on the surface, it is possible to form lines for reinforcing the can body without causing fatigue to the molded can body members, it does not cause cracks even when subjected to external impact, and it increases the product value. There is no drawback that the print printed on the can body molded member a will peel off quickly, and the appearance can always be maintained in good condition.

Furthermore, since the rod moves up and down through the center hole of the mold, it is simpler than equipment that uses oil pressure or water pressure, and it does not require any trouble in terms of safety management, and the elastic expandable body can be used for a long time. , which has many characteristics.
