DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present application relates to a method and apparatus for producing a separation negative or positive film for making printing plates for color printing, and more particularly to a method and apparatus for producing a separation negative or positive film for making printing plates for color printing, and more particularly for a method and a device for producing separation negative or positive film for making printing plates for color printing. The invention also relates to a method and apparatus for producing positive or negative film by performing both composing (original layout) and registering (registration).

By the way, the above-mentioned compositing and registering work is extremely inefficient because it is all done manually after creating the resolved negative of the manuscript, and the errors in registering in particular are extremely inefficient. If the number of dots exceeds one dot, a so-called misregistration occurs during printing, resulting in an unsatisfactory appearance, so the work had to be extremely precise. Moreover, since this work is performed for each assigned color document, it becomes more difficult and the amount of work increases as the number of documents increases. Therefore, the operator (retouchman) required a great deal of skill, and the labor required for the work was excessive. The present application was developed in view of these circumstances. A monitor section is provided separately from the photographing section, and while monitoring the film, the film that has been composed and registered is photographed, and compositing, which was conventionally done after disassembly and shading, is done. The present invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned defects by omitting the work of registering and registering.

The method for producing a separation negative or positive for color printing according to the present application will be explained in detail below. The structure consists of a monitoring section that directly or indirectly displays the position, size, etc. of the image formed on the film surface of the photographing section. While doing so, each of a plurality of color originals of arbitrary size is allocated to a predetermined position, size, etc. on the film surface, and one predetermined color is separated or shaded at the same time and photographed, and then the originals are completely allocated. The method is characterized in that different separated colors are separated or simultaneously shaded and photographed.

Here, the monitor section replaces the focus graph on the film surface of the photographing section and directly connects the image to be actually photographed. There are two types of display methods: direct display means, such as by direct display means, and indirect display means, such as using an optical axis deflection element and placing a focus graph on a surface equivalent to the film surface of the photographing section, as described below. .

It also composes color originals on the film surface. In order to take accurate photographs, at least a mechanism for shifting the photographing section with respect to the optical axis is required.

Furthermore, each color document is composed, and one predetermined color is separated or shaded at the same time and photographed, and then the other separated colors are photographed in the same manner under the same conditions. It is necessary to record the position and size (magnification in the case of a plate-making camera) of each document on the film surface, or to use a storage device.

First, the configuration is such that the photographing section 1 and the monitor section 2 are installed at a predetermined angle apart from each other, and an optical axis deflecting element such as a plane mirror or prism is placed at the intersection of the normal lines of the photographing section 1 and the monitor section 2. 3 are freely intervening, and the photographing section 1 and the monitor section 2
The present invention is characterized in that at least one of the pair, the range section 4, the document section 5, and the light source 6 is provided movably in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis. This drawing shows an embodiment of the plate-making camera machine of the present application, which includes a manuscript section 5 and a photographing section 1.
In addition, the monitor section 2 is made movable in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis, and the photographing section 1 and the monitor section 2 are moved in conjunction with each other. Further explanation will be given below based on the illustrated embodiments. First, the photographing section 1 and the monitor section 2 are arranged at right angles to each other (however, the principle is not limited to this). Further, for operational convenience, an optical axis deflecting element (plane mirror) 7 is installed in front of the document section so that the document section 1 and the monitor section 2 are on the same plane (although this is not an essential requirement of the present application). Next, as shown in FIG.
2 is attached, a top and bottom frame 13 is attached to this, and an outer frame 14 is attached to this. Since the frame 13 slides vertically within the outer frame 14, the imaging plate 11 can be moved vertically and horizontally. As shown in FIG. 2, the monitor section 2 consists of a focusing plate 21 and a mechanism for moving it vertically and horizontally, and the latter is constructed exactly the same as the photographing section 1.

That is, in Fig. 2, 22 is the left and right frame, 23 is the upper and lower frame,
24 is an outer frame. As shown in FIG. 5, the document unit 5 is comprised of a trimming mask 51, a suction sheet 52, a document glass plate 53, and a mechanism for moving the document glass plate vertically and horizontally.

This moving mechanism is constructed similarly to that of the photographing section 1 and monitor section 2 described above. That is, in Fig. 2, 54 is the left and right frame,
55 indicates the upper and lower frames, and 56 indicates the outer frame. Note that 10 is a color original and is arbitrarily placed on a glass plate 53 for an original. Further, the document portion is rotatable in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis in order to correct the inclination of a color document placed arbitrarily. The light source 6 is attached to a support rod 51 as shown in FIG. 2, and the support rod 51 engages with a slide guide 62 provided on the plate making camera body 8 to adjust its position. An optical axis deflection element 3 placed at the intersection of each normal line between the photographing section 1 and the monitor section 2 makes the plane mirror rotatable. When this plane mirror is raised, light from the lens portion 4 is blocked. In the figure, the solid line indicates the state when the focusing glass 21 is used to monitor the image, and the chain line indicates the state at the time of photographing. Next, the relationship between the photographing section 1 and the monitor section 2 is that when the direction changing element 3 is on the optical axis, the image formed on the focusing glass 21 and the element 3 are
The photographing plate 11 and the focusing glass 21 are arranged so that the same image is formed on the photographing plate 11 when the lenses are removed, and the photographing plate 11 and the focusing glass 21 are linked so that the vertical and horizontal movements are exactly the same (this interlocking mechanism (not shown).

Although not shown, during actual use, the image magnification when composing each original, the displacement position of the photographing plate 11, the displacement position of the focusing plate 21, etc. are memorized, and the same conditions are reproduced for each color. The plate-making camera machine according to the present application has been described in detail above based on the illustrated embodiments, but the present application deals only with such embodiments. There is no limitation, and for example, the original portion 5 using a comprehensive angle lens may be used.
The original part 5 and the lens part 4 are linked and movable in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis, and the photographing part 1 and the monitor part 2 are made movable in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis. There is also one in which the pair is fixed, and in the illustrated embodiment described above, the light source 6
By irradiating the irradiated surface with a sufficiently uniform density, it is also possible to construct a structure in which the light source 6 instead of the document portion 5 is varied.

Furthermore, there is no reason why the mechanisms for moving the photographing section 1, monitor section 2, and document section 5 up and down and left and right are limited to those of the illustrated embodiment. Next, a description will be given of a working procedure when actually using the plate-making camera machine of the illustrated embodiment to carry out the method of creating a decomposed negative or positive for a printing plate according to the present invention.

That is, it is possible to eliminate the manual composing and registering operations, which conventionally involved the most separation of points in color photolithography, resulting in significant efficiency. Moreover, since composing can be done while being monitored on the monitor, decomposition negatives (or positives) can be created with extremely high precision. Therefore, the effect is particularly great when there are many cuts of color photographs to be printed on one sheet of paper. In addition, the method or apparatus of the present invention has excellent features that have not been seen before, such as no waste of film and the ability to take test shots.
