Claims (1)

連通して浴槽内の水を導入する湯沸室と、湯沸室内に配
設されるとともに熱媒が通される熱媒流路を有し熱媒と
湯沸室内の水との間で熱交換をする熱交換器とを有し、
熱交換器の各端には熱媒を導入する導入路と熱媒を排出
する排出路とが連通し、排出路上には、排出路内を通る
熱媒の温度が所定値以上のときに排出路を閉塞して熱媒
を熱交換器内に保留し、熱媒の温度が所定値に満たない
ときに排出路を開放して熱媒を熱交換器から排出する定
