糸分離ユニットを備え、前記複数個の経糸分離ユニット
に夫々待機せしめた経糸群1本宛を、予め織柄の縞割表
に応じパンチングしたカードよりの電気信号で順次選択
的に振出して引抜く経糸引込ユニットを有し、前記経糸
分離ユニット群に夫々設けたフィラーによる経糸感知に
連動して色別シートの一端より他端に経糸引込ユニット
と同期的に走行せしめながら、前記経糸分離ユニットに
待機せしめた振出し経糸1本宛を順次あや紐間に引込み
、あや組を反覆することを特徴とする織機ビームの自動
あや取方法。 2 織機ビームにビーミングされた複数本の経糸を色別
シート毎に分割し、この色別シートの端部を引抜き可能
に把持した色別シート仕掛手段Bと、前記色別シートと
同数個の経糸分離ユニットC、C′、C″〜C^nを備
え、該経糸分離ユニットを、前記色別シート間に機台の
長さ方向に架設した複数本の走行レール上に走行可能に
支持し、該経糸分離ユニットを一端より他端に選択的に
走行せしめる経糸分離ユニットの走行手段Aを設け、且
つ該経糸分離ユニットに複数の色別シートの経糸1本宛
を順次端部より分離し、待機せしめる経糸分離待機手段
Eと、前記分離した経糸を色別シートの外側に振出す分
離経糸振出手段Fを備え、且つ前記分離経糸振出手段に
よつて色別シートの外方に振出した経糸1本宛を機台の
長さ方向全巾に亘つて設けた上下2本のあや紐間に引通
す経糸引込フックを有する分離経糸引込手段Gと、前記
1本宛の経糸を上下2本のあや紐間に引通し毎に前記あ
や紐を交互に振替えるあや組手段Hと、前記経糸分離ユ
ニットの前方に機台の長さ方向に走行可能に経糸引込ユ
ニットIを設け、前記経糸引込ユニットにモーターを動
源とするラチエツト機構と伝動機構で構成した経糸引込
ユニットの走行手段Jを設け、且つ前記経糸引込ユニッ
トの走行方向の反対のフレーム一端に投光器を取付け、
該投光器よりの光を反射さす反射板を夫々前記経糸分離
ユニットに設け、該光を反射したとき前記経糸引込ユニ
ットを経糸分離ユニットと同期的に走行せしめる経糸分
離ユニットと、経糸引込ユニットの同期走行手段Kと、
前記経糸引込ユニットに織柄の縞割表に対応して予めパ
ンチングしたカードよりの電気信号を、前記分離経糸振
出手段に発信するプログラム制御手段Lを設け、且つ前
記経糸引込ユニットに一対の接着テープを回転可能に支
持し、前記経糸引込ユニットの走行で両テープを引出し
閉じるように構成したあや取経糸の固定手段Dを設け、
且つ前記経糸引込ユニットに揺動可能に糸払いレバーを
支持し、前記あや組手段のあや紐間に引通した経糸を、
前記あや取糸の固定手段の両テープ間に順次払出す糸払
い手段Mを設けたことを特徴とする織機ビームの自動あ
や取装置。
