A male or female adsorption mold with many fine holes on the surface is immersed, and a vacuum is applied from inside the mold to adhere pulp to the surface of the mold until the adhesion layer reaches a predetermined thickness. When this is done, the mold is removed from the pulp liquid, and then a pressing mold and a heating mold having male and female shapes corresponding to the molds are placed therein, and the desired molded product is obtained by dehydration and drying. In other words, when using the above method, two steps of press dehydration and heat drying were required.

Next, the pulp liquid is discharged from the lower part of the dipping tank, and the female mold corresponding to the pre-prepared male mold is lowered from above and pressed against the male mold, and while the male mold is vacuum-suctioned, the pulp layer attached to the male mold is removed. After dehydration, dry steam or hot pressure air is passed from the female mold through the adhered pulp layer to the male mold to dry the adhered pulp layer to obtain a molded product.

である。When the adhered pulp reaches a thickness of about 15 yen, the pulp liquid is discharged to the outside of the tank and the piston 11 of the cylinder 10 above the tank is removed.
is lowered, and the female mold 12 at the tip is pressed against the male mold 3, and the pulp layer is pressed to a thickness of about 2 ribs, and then the female mold 12 is pressed.
When dry steam or hot compressed air at a pressure of about 18 mm is passed through the main pipe 14 of the mold 3, the adhered pulp compressed to a thickness of 2 ribs by the suction force of the male die 3 is molded by drying with about 3 strips of present sand. Become a thing. In order to dry even more quickly and completely, dry steam or hot pressure air can be passed from the male mold to the female mold, or in some cases, the pulp can be sucked into the female mold and the male mold pressed against it. , it is also possible to obtain molded products by competing with each other. As described above, the present invention is a method and apparatus that can obtain pulp molded products by a simple method and is suitable for mass-producing high-quality products.
