枠体82に設けられた通路92に接続され、更にその通
路92は油タンク4に設けられた通路93に接続されて
いる。その通路93には第一の開閉器13に連結された
バイブ17が接続されている。尚、前記蓋体84の通路
90と枠体82の通路92との間に円筒体94が嵌入さ
れ、前記蓋体84が枠体82に”取付けられる様に円筒
体94によつて、その蓋体84の回動が阻止されるよう
になつている。また前記蓋体84の上側に相対するミシ
ンテーブル1の一部95が切欠かれており、ミシン頭部
6がミシンテーブル1上に装着された状態においても蓋
・体84を取り外すことでき、フィルター材81を新し
いものと交換し得るようになつている。而して、ミシン
が作動されて供給ポンプ29が作動されると、油タンク
4内より通路87を介してフィルター室80に導かれた
潤滑油Lはフイルノター材81を通つた後、開口89よ
り通路88、開口91、通路90,92,93、バイブ
17、第一の開閉器13、ミシン頭部6側の第一の開閉
器23を介して油供給ポンプ29に吸入され、そのポン
プ29の吐出側33よりビニールチューブ34を介して
各機構部分に供給される。その供給された潤滑油Lのう
ち余剰油は前述の実施例と同様にして油タンク4内に流
入還元される。この実施例によれば、潤滑油Lが油供給
ポンプ29に吸込まれる前にフィルター材81を通され
て清浄されるので、清浄された潤滑油Lが各機構部分に
供給される。

シン頭部側に残つている油がミシン頭部より殆んど落下
することがないものである。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 ミシンテーブルに取付けられ潤滑油が貯蔵された油
タンクと、その油タンク上若しくはミシンテーブル上に
着脱可能に載置され油潤滑を要する機構部分を内蔵した
密閉室を有するミシン頭部と、前記ミシン頭部と油タン
クとを連結する油通過路と油タンク内の潤滑油を前記油
通過路を介してミシン頭部の密閉室に強制的に供給する
ポンプ手段よりなる油供給手段とを備え、その油供給手
段により潤滑油が油タンク内よりミシン頭部の各機構部
分に供給され、その供給された潤滑油のうち余剰油が前
記密閉室内に落下された後油タンク内に流入還元される
ようにしたミシンの潤滑装置において、ミシン頭部側の
油供給口及び油排出口に、油通過路を開閉するための開
閉部材と、常にはその開閉部材を閉鎖位置に保持するた
めの保持手段とよりなる開閉器を設けるとともに、前記
ミシン頭部を油タンク上若しくはミシンテーブル上に載
置した時前記両開閉器の開閉部材を前記保持手段の作用
に抗して開放位置に移動させるための作動部材を油クン
タ若しくはミシンテーブル側に設けたことを特徴とする
ミシンの潤滑装置における潤滑油通路連結装置。 2 前記開閉器は、断面円形の油通過路を閉鎖可能な球
状体と、その球状体をその閉鎖位置に向つて押圧する発
条よりなることを特徴とする前記特許請求の範囲第1項
に記載のミシンの潤滑装置における潤滑油通路連結装置
