図中、１はシリンジ、２はピストン、３は連結管、１９
はニードル、４はフレーム、６はエヤーシリンダ、７は
ピストン、５はロッド、８と９は圧縮空気送入孔、１０
はフレーム、１２はエヤーシリンダ、１４はピストン、
１５と１６は圧縮空気送入孔、３１は送液ポンプ、１７
は排液電磁弁、２１はパージガス電磁弁、２３はパージ
ガス源、２４はサンプリング電磁弁、２６はガスクロマ
