It is something to do.

The main reason why high-speed spinning has been adopted is that it can improve productivity. In other words, by spinning at high speed, the direction of the undrawn yarn is increased, and by making the elongation relatively small, the conventional drawing process and false twisting process, which are two separate and independent processes, can be combined into a single process, such as the simultaneous drawing process and heating process. The reason is that it can be shortened to just one process.

As a method to eliminate this yarn breakage, a method was proposed in JP-A-57-11208 in which the cooled and solidified spun yarn is focused at a position relatively close to the spinneret surface at the same time as oiling.
However, there are new problems such as poor winding called "twill drop" occurring on the edge of the rolled package, and frequent occurrence of warping fuzz during weaving and yarn breakage during false twisting. It was found that this occurs.

When the spinning speed is lower than 2500 m/min, the spinning tension is relatively small and there is no need to oil or collect the spun yarn relatively close to the spinneret surface, so this is not a problem in the first place. It is.

Therefore, it is presumed that troubles are caused as a result of inducing friction rings and tension unevenness in post-processing from the first step to the post-processing.
