つそれぞれの発光ダイオードチップの陽極、陰極端子を
有する４本端子の複数個の発光ダイオードと、この複数
個の発光ダイオードをスイッチングする複数個のトラン
ジスタと、入力信号に応じて順次接地される複数の出力
端子を有し、かつそれらの出力端子が同時に１個以下し
か接地されない発光ダイオード駆動回路とを備え、入力
信号が入力基準最小レベルより小さい場合は、前記複数
個の発光ダイオードの一方の色の発光ダイオードチップ
が全て発光し、入力信号が大きくなるに従い、最初発光
していた発光ダイオードチップが消え、同一発光ダイオ
ード内の他方の色の発光ダイオードチップが発光してゆ
