上面に当接させて設けたキャップ１４とからなり、上記
キャップを介して筒部１６下端でテーパ部８を押下げさ
せることで、テーパ部８の摺動筒に近接する部分が最も
大きく下方へ弾性変形し、かつ筒部１６に対して摺動筒
７が下降可能となし、該下降により上記第２、第３係合
突条の係合が離脱可能に形成させたことを特徴とするキ
