本発明は野菜，果実などを輪切りにしたり、千切りにし
たり、みじん切りにしたり、さらに肉類のミンチや魚の
すり身などを調理する調理器に関するもので、カッター
類を入れ替えて使用するだけで調理の下ごしらえが容易

付近には、略円板状で外周内面に動力伝達部５を備え輪

カッター台７を回動自在に係合する軸受部８が形成され
ている。カッター台７は本体１に対して適宜な手段１８
により本体１に着脱自在でかつ回動自在に支持されてい
る。さらにカッター台７には、カッター台７と同時又は
単独で回動する着脱自在なナイフカッター台９があり、
これには複数個の鋭利なナイフカッター１０が上下に間
隔をおいて一体に固着されている。そしてカッター台９
の下面には凹部１３が設けてあり、カッター台７および
ナイフカッター台９をおおつて本体１の下方に設けた、
材料を受容する容器１１の内面には凹部１３と着脱自在
に係合する凸部１２が設けてあり、カッター台９の回転
がスムーズになるようにしている。１４は本体１に形成
した鉄合部、１５は本体１の把持部、１６は電動機２の

ボールなどを使用してもよい。又この場合はナイフカッ
ター台９は使用しない。一方みじん切りやミンチ，魚の
すり身などは複数個の鋭利なナイフカッター１０を有す
るナイフカツター台９を使用するので、カッター台７の
中央軸受部にナイフカッター台９を係合する。これによ
りナイフカッター台９はカッター台７と同時又は単独で
回転することが可能となる。したがってあらかじめ材料
を容器１１に入れて本体１を容器１１に鉄入し電動機２
に電源銭入れることにより、ナイフカッター台９が回転
して容器１１内の材料をみじん切りやミンチ，魚のすり
身などにすることができる。このときナイフカッター１
０１こは非常に大きな力が加わるため、ナイフカッター
台９の下端と容器１１の内面には回転時にずれたり外れ
たりしないように凹部１３と凸部１２で係合している。
なおこの凹凸部の孫合は全く逆の場合でも同機な効果を
得ることができる。このように本発明の調理器によれば
、カッター台とナイフカッター台の作用により各種の調
理の下ごしらえが簡単にできるとともに材料を受容する
容器は特殊なものではなく家庭にあるボールを使用する
