[Detailed explanation of the invention] The present invention is made of concrete in which upper and lower leg pieces are respectively protruded from the back side of both upper and lower edges, and side leg pieces integrally connected to the upper and lower leg pieces are protruded from the back side of both left and right side edges. A wall plate is provided with a plurality of stages of through-hole groups arranged in rows in the horizontal direction, and on the front surface of the wall plate, holes are located below each stage of the through-hole groups and are directed diagonally upward. This relates to a vegetation retaining wall block characterized by having a protruding vegetation shelf that extends from the ground. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an improved vegetated retaining wall block that makes it possible.

As mentioned above, the vegetation retaining wall block according to the present invention has upper and lower leg pieces protruding from the back side of both upper and lower end edges of a concrete wall plate, and side leg pieces that are integrally connected to the upper and lower leg pieces from the back side of both side edges. are provided protrudingly, so when constructing a retaining wall by connecting the blocks vertically and horizontally and laying them on a slope, the adjacent upper and lower leg pieces of each of the vertically adjacent blocks are joined together, By abutting or joining the side leg pieces of the blocks that are adjacent to each other on the left and right, the upper, lower, left, and right blocks are reliably connected, and the leg pieces and side leg pieces of each block are fully submerged in the soil. Because it digs in, it forms a sturdy retaining wall.

In addition, the lower leg piece of the lowest block constitutes the foundation part, and the upper leg piece of the uppermost block constitutes the crown part. and are integrated with the wall board, which simplifies construction and improves the stability of earth pressure.

Furthermore, by adjusting the angle of inclination between the lower leg piece of the lowest block and the wall plate, it is possible to construct a retaining wall that responds quickly to the gradient of the slope.

Further, in the wall plate of the block, a group of through holes are arranged horizontally in each stage, and a vegetation shelf is located at the bottom of the group of through holes in each stage and extends diagonally upward on the front surface of the wall plate. As mentioned above, when the blocks are connected vertically and horizontally on the slope and then soil is placed on the vegetation shelf and vegetation is planted, the soil on the vegetation shelf will pass through the through holes. It communicates with the slope soil at the back of the block, allowing water to circulate and promoting vegetation.

That is, during rainfall, excess moisture on the vegetation shelf percolates through the through holes into the soil on the back side of the block, and excess moisture in the soil on the back side of the block is sucked out and oozes out onto the vegetation shelf through the through holes. Moisture flows through the holes, promoting vegetation and protecting the slope.

Furthermore, since the vegetation side is protruded so as to extend diagonally upward from the front surface of the reprint, even if the retaining wall is installed vertically, it will form a gentle slope, and the retaining wall will always hold the vegetation soil securely. The greening above is completely done.

When constructing an earth retaining wall by laying the blocks along the slope, the lower leg piece 2' of the lowest block is used as the foundation, or the same leg piece 2' is laid on the foundation 10, The locking ridges 8 and the locking grooves 9 of adjacent blocks in the horizontal direction are engaged, the adjacent side leg pieces 3 and 3' are brought into contact with each other, and the same leg pieces are removed as necessary. 3 and 3' are joined and the lowest block is laid on the slope, then the upper block is layered on top of the same lower block and placed in parallel in the same way as the lower block.
Tighten bolts, drive piles, or insert reinforcing bars and pour concrete between the connection hole 4 of the latter upper leg piece 2 and the connection hole 4' of the former lower leg piece 2'. Connect the upper and lower blocks using Blocks 11 are connected in layers to construct an earth retaining wall using the blocks on a slope.
