Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive master batch having a high perfume content and low evaporation loss of perfume during molding, by adding the perfume and a polyolefin in turn to an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer powder with high speed agitation and kneading the mixture. るいは射出成形時に発泡現象を生じ、満足な成形品を得
られないのが実情であった。

系共重合体パウダーを使用することによりこの目的が達
成されることを見出して本発明に到達した。

ン油、ラベンダー油、メントール等の天然香料、α−ピ
ネン、カンフエン、リモネン、サリチル酸メチル等の合
成香料、及びこれら香料の調合香料等が利用できる。

上の添加が好ましい。しかしながら、多孔質ポリオレフ
ィンパウダーを使用する場合は、一般のポリオレフィン
パウダーに比べてかさ比重が小さいので、100重量部
未満でもべたつきのない顆粒状マスターバッチとするこ
とができる。この場合の多孔質ポリオレフィンパウダー
としては、A rma k社製、商品名Accurel
パウダー等が挙げられる。上記方法で得られる香料ムシ
顆粒状マスターハツチの香料含率は、通常、一般のポリ
オレフィンパウダーの添加では5〜60重量係重量孔秤 質ポリオレフィンパウダーの場合では5〜60%の範囲
