Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the double cyclone type air purifying temperature and humidity control device of this invention (hereinafter referred to as the present device), the air flow is indicated by arrow A. The air in the chamber 12 contaminated with dirt, dust, cigarette bonito, etc. is sucked in by the fan 1 through an inlet 43 and sent into the first cyclone 3 through a pipe 2 arranged tangentially on the upper outer periphery of the first cyclone 3. A spray pipe 4 is arranged concentrically inside the first cyclone 3, and a spray pipe 4 is disposed concentrically within the first cyclone 3.
A large number of spray ports 5 are provided around the . The air sucked into the first cyclone 3 is cooled, humidified (nearly saturated humidity) and purified by cold water sprayed from the spray port 5, and then passed through the suction pipe 6, which is arranged concentrically within the mist pipe 4. Blown in from the bottom of. The air blown into the suction pipe 6 is blown into the second cyclone 8 from a pipe 7 arranged tangentially around the upper outer periphery of the second cyclone 8 . The second cyclone 8 is arranged concentrically within the suction pipe 6, and the air blown into the second cyclone 8 is purified by further completely removing water droplets contained in the air. The air is blown into a suction pipe 9 located at the center of the cyclone 8. Air from the suction pipe 9 flows through the blowout pipe 10, the valve 31 and the outlet 32 and/or the branch passage 11, the insulation layer 35 and the housing 41.
is discharged into the chamber 12 from a passageway 44 between and a discharge port 42 . That is, by adjusting the valve 31, the temperature and humidity of the air discharged into the chamber 12 can be adjusted. first,
When the valve 31 is fully opened, the air from the suction pipe 9 that has been dehumidified, cooled, purified, and has almost saturated humidity passes through the valve 31 from the outlet 32 to the chamber 12 without passing through the branch passage 11. released. Then, as the valve 31 is closed to make the opening smaller, the amount of air flowing into the branch passage 11 gradually increases.
By completely closing port 1, the air will flow through the outlet port 3.
2 and all pass through the branch passage 11. By passing through the branch passage 11, the air can form a heat insulating layer 35.
and the housing 41 through a passage 44 between the passage 4 and the housing 41.
The heat is discharged into the chamber 12 from the discharge port 42 through the outer periphery of the heat dissipation pipe 13 arranged in a spiral manner. Therefore, the temperature of the air is appropriately raised, the relative temperature is lowered, and the temperature and humidity are controlled. On the other hand, a device is provided for collecting the sprayed water, treating it in an oven, cooling it and spraying it again in the first cyclone. That is, the cold water atomized from the multiple mist ports 5 cleans, cools and humidifies the air before being sent to the filter 16 through the discharge pipe 14, valve 15 and collection pipe 19. Water that purifies the air and contains dirt, dust, etc. is filtered and purified by a filter 16. When operating this device, the valves 20 and 21 are fully opened,
Valves 22, 24 are closed. Water therefore flows through pipe 19, valve 20, furnace 16, pipe 26, valve 21 to pump 17. When cleaning the furnace 16, close the valves 20 and 21, and close the valves 22 and 24.
Open the water valve 22, valve 23, furnace 16,
Through the pipe 25 and valve 24, the furnace 16 can be cleaned. The water that has passed through the pipe 26 is sent to the pump 17
The water is sent to the cooling tank 29 through the pipe 18. Cold water tank 29 is the first cycle. The cooling pipe 2 is arranged concentrically around the outer circumference of the cooling tank 29.
7 are arranged in a spiral. The water is cooled by passing through the outer periphery of the cooling pipe 27, becomes cold water, and is sent to the spray pipe 4 through the cold water pipe 28. The cold water sent to the floor mist pipe 4 is sprayed again into the first cyclone 3 through the mist port 5. The cold water is circulated by repeating the above process. The water removed and collected by the second cyclone 8 is sent through the pipe 30 to the collection pipe 19 through the valve 33 and the pipe 34. The outer periphery of the cooling tank 29 is covered with a heat insulating layer 35.
The heat dissipation pipe 13 is inserted into the passage 44 between the outer periphery of the housing 41 and the outer periphery of the housing 41.
are arranged in a spiral. A refrigerant such as Freon is flowed from the cooler 36 through the pipe 37 to the cooling pipe 27,
It is then circulated from cooling pipe 27 through pipe 38 to cooler 36, then through pipe 40 to heat dissipation pipe 13, and then from heat dissipation pipe 13 to pipe 39.
and is circulated through the cooler 36. This device may be placed directly in the chamber 12, or the device may be constructed by connecting the air intake 43, the air outlet 32, and the air outlet 42 of the chamber 12 to a duct, etc. It can also be placed outside of 12. Normally, the temperature of the chamber 12 is adjusted to an appropriate temperature, and the purified air is discharged into the chamber 12 through outlets 32 and 42.
The air in the room 12 can be purified by mixing with the air in the room 12 and adjusting the temperature and humidity to an appropriate state.
