Claims

（１）油を貯蔵または取扱う設備の周辺の所定の領域の
流出油を監視する装置において、前記所定の領域の床面
上方に所定の距離を保つよう支承され前記所定の領域に
監視用の光線を投射する光源部および前記所定の領域か
らの前記監視用光線の反射光を受光して電気信号に変換
する受光素子と、この受光素子の出力電気信号を受けて
その信号の変化を検出し所定の変化があったとき信号を
発する信号処理部と、この信号処理部の出力信号を受け
て流出油警報を発する警報器とを備えたことを特徴とす
