を防止する装置に関するものである。

ると圧送を中止して先づ閉塞箇所を発見しその前後のパ
イプを取りはづし、パイプの中の生コンを全部取出し、
その後、再びパイプを連結し圧送を再開する。外部から
は全く見え々い生コンの閉塞部分を発見することは経験
豊富な熟練作業員にとっても容易でなく、生フンのつま
った重い圧送パイプの取りはづしゃ、パサパサになって
閉塞した生フンの取出し、更に閉塞前の状態に復元する
作業が続く。この作業が長びくと、他のパイプの中の生
コンが硬化を始める。時には、生コンバイブ諸芸、廃棄
処分にする場合もある。作業員の体力の消耗と経済的損
失(生コンの弁償と機械の破損)はこの業務に従事する

和らげる。特に絞り管の場合、断面積の急激な変化のた
め生コン内部に素利の分離か起り閉塞を起すわけである
が、この装置を連結する事によって閉塞が大巾に減少す
る。又振動装置の前後相当の範囲まで振動が伝はるので
、この間の絞り管や曲り管での閉塞が避けられる事は言
うまでもない。当然圧送能力の大幅な向上が期待できる
