ル7に接触し、凍結皿1が冷却コイル棚に戦直された状
態となる。この状態で冷却、凍結が進行し、凍結が完了
すれば油圧により昇降レール9を上昇させる。昇降レー
ル9の上昇により枠体2が上昇し、凍結皿1はその緑部
12に於いて枠体2上端に掛止されて上り冷却コイル7
から離れる。次に駆動チェーン5を駆動し逐次凍結皿1
を凍結室外へ送り出す。凍結室11外へ送り出された凍
