The developer 2 is stored in a container 3. There is a fixed mag roll (magnetic roll) 5 for conveying the developer 2 so that it comes into contact with the recording drum 1, and a sleeve 4 that rotates around the outer periphery of the mag roll 5. As the sleeve 4 rotates, the developer 2 rotates around the sleeve 4. The developer 2 that has completed development in contact with the recording drum is once scraped off from the sleeve 4 by a scraping plate 6, and circulated to be used again. During this time, the toner in the developer gradually decreases and is replenished as needed. By the way, when the box latent image on the recording drum 1 is developed by such a developing device, the recording drum has a considerable length in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. 1, for example, a length of 20 to 40 arcs. Therefore, if the recording density is not significant in this direction (for example, when used in a line printer), the amount of toner consumption will not be uniform along that direction. Therefore, there is a drawback that density unevenness occurs on the recorded screen. In order to eliminate this unevenness, it has been conventional practice to provide a rotating blade or screw inside the developing container to feed the developer 2. However, this method had the disadvantage that the developer 2 deteriorated quickly because the developer 2 was moved strongly. In addition, in order to remove the developer without applying a large rope force, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 47-28, Publication No.
As in Publications No. 1-602 and Koichi Jikakan No. 157044, there is a developer layer that moves the developer in axial directions by flowing the developer through a number of guide members tilted in opposite directions. Proposed.

However, these conventional devices have complicated and large structures, have a developer region that does not receive the rope sanding action, resulting in poor sanding efficiency, and scrape off from the conveyor roll incompletely. It wasn't enough. [Purpose of the invention]
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art, and to provide a developer rope that improves developer efficiency to obtain uniform images, reduces developer deterioration, and has a small and simple structure.

In the present invention, an antibody is integrally provided along the surface of a scraping plate for scraping off the developer from the developer transport roll, and the antibody guides the developer obliquely to the flowing direction of the developer. A guide channel obliquely intersecting in a direction opposite to the antibody is integrally provided on the back surface of the scraping plate, and the scraping plate further includes a guide channel that is scraped off from the developer transport roll. It is characterized by forming a developer drop hole that allows part of the developer flowing on the surface of the roll to fall into the guide channel, and all of the developer scraped off from the developer transport roll by the scraping plate is targeted for rope removal. As the paper moves in one direction in the direction of the wisteria on the front side and moves in the other direction on the back side, the efficiency of oak azure increases. Also, for rope worship, antibodies and guide channels are used to scrape them along the front and back sides of the board. The structure is made smaller and simpler by providing the guide channel integrally with the guide channel and allowing the developer to fall through a hole provided in the scraping plate.

2 and 3 show a scraping plate according to the present invention, in which FIG. 2 is a plan view and FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line A-A'. A front guide plate 8 is provided on the front side of the scraping board 7 (the side where the developer flows in FIG. 1) so as to be diagonal to the flow of the developer, and a part of the flowing developer is moved laterally. It is. Further, a part of the developer passes through the developer trap 10,
The developer passes from the front side to the back side, travels along the bag guide channel 9, moves laterally in the direction opposite to the front side, and also exchanges between the surface layer side and the inside side. Note that the front guide plate 8 is not a convex plate, but may be made by recessing the substrate 7 into a concave shape. In this way, the rope can be scaled without applying unnecessary force to the developer, so that the deterioration of the developer is almost the same as before the provision of such a means, and the recorded image becomes uniform.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment, in which the toner container 3 includes a Magool 5 for development and a Magool sleeve 11 for conveyance, which is separate from the one consisting of the sleeve 4, and the developer 2 is transferred between the two sleeves. It rotates on both sleeves accordingly. The scraping plate shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 can also be applied to the scraping plate 1 of such a developing device. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention provides an antibody that guides the developer along the surface of the scraping plate that scrapes off the developer from the developer transport roll so as to be diagonal to the flowing direction of the developer. A guide channel obliquely intersecting in a direction opposite to the antibody is integrally provided on the back surface of the scraping plate along the back surface, and the developer conveying roll is also integrally provided on the scraping plate. A developer drop hole is formed in which a part of the developer that is scraped off and flows on the surface of the scraping plate falls into the guide channel, and the developer that is scraped off from the developer transport roll by the scraping plate is formed. All of the ropes become objects of rope worship and move to one side in the horizontal direction on the front side of the scraping board and to the other side on the back side, increasing the rope azusa efficiency. The structure is simple because the structure is 4. This is achieved by an antibody and a guide channel that are integrally provided so as to diagonally cross each other in opposite directions along the surface, and a trap that guides the developer flowing on the surface to the guide channel.
