For example, a common deck plate is an irregularly shaped corrugated steel plate in which inverted trapezoidal open-top grooves and trapezoidal peaks are alternately bent in the longitudinal direction of the steel plate, and is placed on top of a steel plate such as H-shaped steel. The groove bottom is fixed to the beam from the top by arc spot welding or the like, and concrete is placed on top of this to construct the floors of buildings.

However, for example, in the case of a deck plate with a depth of 25 grooves, the concrete poured into the groove part will have an average depth of 12.5 mm based on the atomic area, and a floor with a thickness of 12 mm will be poured. Approximately 10 times when

The concrete placed in these grooves has little effect on increasing the strength of the concrete floor, so an extra layer of concrete is needed, which poses a cost problem and increases the weight of the floor. The strength of beams and columns must be increased accordingly.

For this purpose, a deck plate has been proposed in which closed grooves with a flask-shaped cross section are arranged in parallel with the upper part of the grooves pushed aside from both sides, but the neck is constricted to prevent concrete from flowing into the grooves. Since I couldn't insert the electrode rod for welding, I couldn't weld the bottom of the groove to the beam, so I had no choice but to cut the length of the groove between the wires each time and place both ends on the adjacent wire and beam. Welding and fixing to the beams at the ends is ephemeral, inefficient and uneconomical, and it is also uneconomical if the beams are cut at intervals that are too short, and it is not possible to make the intervals between the beams too narrow. As a result of the use of longer plates, they could only be used for thick plates or large deck plates with deep grooves.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a deck plate that solves the above-mentioned problems. The purpose of this invention is to provide a deck plate in which grooves and peaks are bent alternately and parallel to each other on a steel plate. The present invention relates to a deck plate characterized in that a plurality of rows of closed-top grooves are formed in the deck plate.

次に添付図面に示す実施例について説明する。Next, embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings will be described.

In the illustrated example, a groove 1 with an open top is formed by bending at both ends and the center, and a neck 2 is squeezed between the open grooves to form a flask-shaped groove 3 with a closed top in cross section. The deck plates 4 are provided in two rows.

The grooves 1 at both left and right ends have a part of the wall on one side of the groove missing as usual, and are fixed onto the beam 6 by combining with the grooves at the side ends of the adjacent deck plate 5, as shown by the dashed line. .

Since the deck plate 4 is a combination of an open groove 1 and a closed groove 3, the bottom of the groove 1 can be welded to the upper surface of the beam from above the open groove by arc spot welding or burnout plug welding.

従って長さは通例の長さのものを使用できるようになる
Therefore, it becomes possible to use a length that is customary.

The width of the deck plate is usually 600 to 70 mm, so if it is fixed to the wire at both left and right ends and the center, it will not flap and will have sufficient strength against lateral buckling of the beam.

Since only one of the three rows of grooves is placed in the deck plate in this example, the amount of concrete poured into the groove is 1/1 compared to the conventional type with only open grooves. 3, and if the depth of the groove is 25mm, the average thickness is only 1.9% of the floor area, and for example, if the floor is poured with concrete to a thickness of 12mm, it corresponds to only about 1.6%. This is a negligible cost, but has great practical effects, such as a large cost advantage.
