    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液体の液面上に発生した泡に向けて、この泡の表面張力
    のバランスを破壊して消泡させるのに充分なエネルギー
    を有するレーザー光を照射するためのレーザー発振器を
    設けたことを特徴とする消泡装置。
