車、該台車をその引出し方向とほぼ直角方向に貫通し回
動自在に取付けられた鎖錠軸および該鎖錠軸の両端にそ
れぞれ一端が固定され他端がローラを軸支した鎖錠腕を
備え、前記ローラが前記鎖錠板の溝中を上下するように
組合わされて前記台車が前記配電盤に可動的に連結され
