に前記センサ１を前記測定位置に移動させる測定開始制
御信号４１ａを出力すると共に、格納指令３ｅを受けて
前記駆動源２に前記センサ１を前記センサ１を前記格納
位置に移動させる格納制御信号４２ａを出力する制御回
路４と、前記測定開始指令３ｄを受けてタイマ動作を開
始し前記駆動源２が前記センサ１を前記格納位置から前
記測定位置まで移動させるので必要な所定時間よりも大
きなタイマ時間経過後に、前、 記制御回路４
に該制御回路４からの前記測定開始制御信号４１ａの出
力を停止させかつ前記格納制御信号４２ａを出力させる
タイマ信号９ａを出力するタイマ回路９と、前記センサ
１が前記測定位置まで移動してきたことを検出して前記
制御回路４からの前記測定開始制御信号４１ａの出力を
停止させると共に、前記タイマ回路９のタイマ動作を停
止させる検出信号５ａを出力する測定位置検出スイッチ
５とを備えてなることを特徴とするセンサ位置制御装置
