Claims

（１）熱溶融性または熱昇華性着色材料を有する転写材
をサーマルヘッドに密着し該サーマルヘッドの発熱によ
り前記熱溶融性または熱昇華性着色材料を選択的に溶融
して記録紙上に転写する熱転写式記録装置において、前
記転写材上の静電気を除去する除電手段と、除電後の転
写材のサーマルヘッドと接触する側のゴミを除去するゴ
ミ除去手段とを設けたことを特徴とする熱転写式記録装
