保護ガイドと、前記検温器をその軸方向へ付勢す凪付勢
手段とを含む検出装置を、前記検温器が前記スピンドル
と同時に被測定物に当接するように前記測定器本体に取
付けるとともに、 前記検出装置の出力信曹に基づき前記スピンドルの移動
変移量を基準温度状態下の値に補正するための温度補正
